Welcome to Talky ("Platform"). The platform is provided and controlled by Talkyplus LTD. Our commitment to the safety and well-being of children is paramount. This policy outlines our strict measures to prevent, detect, and report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and other forms of child exploitation on our platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that harms children.

Proactive Detection and Prevention

We employ a combination of human moderation and advanced technological tools to actively scan and detect CSAM. Our measures include:

AI and Machine Learning: We utilize state-of-the-art AI systems to identify known CSAM images, videos, and other content.
Content Filters: Our systems automatically flag and block suspicious content before it can be shared or viewed.
Hashing Technology: We use industry-standard hashing technology (e.g., PhotoDNA) to compare user-uploaded content against databases of known CSAM.
User Reporting Tools: We provide easy-to-use and highly visible tools for users to report any content or behavior they suspect is related to child abuse.

Our Response Protocol

When we identify or are made aware of potential CSAM, we take immediate and decisive action. Our protocol includes:

Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM is immediately removed from our platform.
Account Suspension: The account of the user who uploaded or distributed the content is permanently suspended.
Reporting to Authorities: We are legally and ethically obligated to report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and other relevant law enforcement agencies globally.
Preservation of Evidence: We preserve relevant user data and metadata for reporting to law enforcement, in compliance with legal requirements.

User Responsibilities and Age Requirements

Talky is not intended for children under the minimum age specified in our Terms of Service. In most jurisdictions, this minimum age is 18, and in some cases, it may be higher. Users must be of the minimum age to create an account and use our services. We take the following steps to enforce this:

We require users to provide their date of birth upon registration to verify their age.
If we become aware that a user is below the minimum age, we will immediately delete their account and any associated personal data.

Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately at support@talkyplus.com.

Reporting Mechanism

We rely on our community to help us maintain a safe environment. If you encounter any content or behavior that you suspect is related to child abuse, please use our reporting tools immediately. Your report is crucial and will be handled with the utmost urgency and confidentiality.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We work closely with law enforcement agencies and governmental authorities worldwide to combat child exploitation. We respond to all valid legal requests and court orders for user data in connection with criminal investigations. We will share user information, including personal data and content, when required by law or to protect the safety of a child.
