Welcome to the Talkyplus ("Platform"). The platform is provided and controlled by Talkyplus LTD. Ltd., with its registered address in 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
We pledge to preserve and respect your privacy. This policy explains our practices regarding the personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us. If you do not agree to this policy, you should not use this Platform.

This includes personal data we need to create your private Talkyplus account and enable you to use the Talkyplus service. The type of data collected depends on the type of service and how you set up your account and the country you live in (e.g., if you used external services to record access). This includes:
We receive some of this data from you, for example, from the registration form or account page. We also collect some of this data from your device, such as country information. More information about how to collect country information is available below.
User content and behavioral information. We process the content that you create and display on the Platform, including the preferences you specify (such as language selection), images and audio recordings that you upload or create, and comments and live broadcasts that you create (“User Content”). We aggregate User Content by preloading at the time of creation or importing, in order to recommend audio options and make other personalized recommendations. We may collect a copy of your User Content that does not include the effect. We may collect information about the images and sound that are part of your User Content, such as which objects and scenes appear, the presence and location within an image of facial and body features and characteristics, the nature of the voice, and the text of the spoken words in your User Content. We may collect this information to enable personalized audio clips, for content moderation, demographic profiling, content and advertising suggestions, and for other non-personally identifiable processes. We may access content, including text, images, and sound clips in your device's clipboard, with your permission. For example, if you choose to start sharing content with a third-party platform, or you choose to paste content from the clipboard into a Talkyplus app, we access this information stored in your clipboard in order to fulfill your request. We collect information through surveys, challenges, and contests that you participate in.
We also collect information about your use of the Platform, for example, how you interact with the Platform, including how you interact with the content we show you, the ads you see, the sound you hear, issues you encountered, content you like, content you save to My Favorites, users you follow, and how you interact with your subscribed followers. We also infer your preferences, including your interests, gender, and age for the purpose of personalizing the Content. We process information about your followers, the likes you receive, and responses to content you upload, for the purposes of promoting your content to other users and exploring whether your profile provides additional opportunities for collaboration. Where appropriate, we will also use this information for the purpose of delivering personalized advertising and informing you of new services and opportunities.
You may choose to share certain data with us from third parties or through your use of the Platform, and we may collect such third-party data automatically. We have set out more details about the information we receive from third parties below:
Voice data: If voice features are available in your private market and only with your permission, we collect voice data (audio clips from your voice). This is to allow us to provide and improve voice features on Talkyplus. More information can be found in our cookie policy.
Payment and purchase data: If you perform purchase operations from Talkyplus (e.g., paid services) or sign up for a trial copy, we will need to process your payment data. The specific personal data collected will vary according to the payment method but will contain information such as:
Competition, opinion poll, and prize data: When you complete any forms or answer a reconnaissance question or questionnaire, or participate in a contest or withdrawal, we collect the personal data provided.
We use your information to provide, improve, and administer the Platform to you. We use your information, among other things, to offer you suggestions according to the interests you chose during registration, improve and develop the platform, and ensure your safety. Where applicable, we will also use your personal information to serve targeted ads and promote the Platform.
We share your data with third-party service providers who help us deliver the Platform, such as cloud storage providers. We also share your information with business partners and other companies in the same group as Talkyplus, content moderation services, measurement providers, advertisers, and analytics providers. Where and when required by law, we will share your information with law enforcement agencies or regulators, and with third parties in accordance with a legally binding court order.
If you choose to register or use the platform using a third-party social network account details (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) or the login service, you will provide or allow us to provide your username, public profile and other possible information relating to that account. We will also share certain information with your social network such as your App ID, access token and referring URL. For more information about sharing your Facebook contact list with us, please see "Find other users and invite your friends". If you link your Talkyplus account to another service, we may receive information about your use of that service.
When you choose to share content on social media platforms, the video, username, and accompanying text will be shared on that platform or, in the case of sharing via instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, a link to the content will be shared.
If you choose to purchase coins or perform other payment-related transactions, we will share the data with the relevant payment provider to facilitate that transaction. For coin transactions, we share the Transaction ID to enable us to identify you and credit your account with the correct value in coins once you have made a payment.
We provide information and content to service providers that support our business, such as cloud service providers, content moderation service providers to ensure that the Platform is a safe and enjoyable place, and service providers who help us market the Platform.
We use analytics providers to help us improve and enhance the Platform. Third-party analytics providers also help us deliver targeted advertising.
We share information with advertisers and third-party measurement companies to show how many Platform users have seen or clicked on an ad. We share your Device ID with measurement companies so that we can associate your activity on the Platform with your activity on other websites; We then use this information to show you ads that may be of interest to you.
We may also share your information with other members, affiliates, or companies of our group of companies, to provide the Platform including improving and enhancing the Platform, preventing illegal use, and supporting users.
We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other organizations if it is legally required to do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to:
Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers as well as third parties such as search engines, content aggregators and news sites. You can change who can watch a video each time you upload a video. Alternatively, you can change your profile to default private by changing your settings to "Private Account" in "Manage My Account" settings.

The personal data we collect from you may be stored on a server located in Europe. We are working on ensuring other master servers worldwide to provide you our services globally and continuously.
You can access and edit most of your profile information by logging in to Talkyplus. You can delete User Content that you have uploaded. We also provide a number of tools in Settings that allow you to control, among other things, who can view your videos, send you messages or post comments on your videos. If you choose to do so, you can delete your account entirely in Settings. You may also be granted rights in your country under applicable laws such as the ability to access your data and delete your data and possibly other data. We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will protect your personal data, for example, by means of encryption, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Platform; Any transmission is at your own risk.
We have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to ensure an appropriate level of security for the risk of varying likelihood and severity with respect to the rights and freedoms of you and other users. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and will modify them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.
We will, from time to time, include links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers, and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these sites, please note that these sites have their own privacy policies and that we have no responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before submitting any information to these sites.
We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service. When we do not need your information in order to provide the service to you, we keep it only for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose in holding that data. However, there are instances where we may retain this data for a longer period in accordance with our legal obligations or when it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
After you terminate your use of our Platform, we store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format.
When carrying out activities described in this Policy, Talkyplus involves your personal data at the international level with the Talkyplus group of companies and internal contractors and external partners to provide your Talkyplus service. Your data may be processed in countries not considered to have strong data protection laws, such as the laws of the European Union or those existing in your country. For example, you may not be given rights over your data.

Talkyplus service includes the lowest age limit in all countries. Talkyplus service is not oriented for children:
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the applicable age limit. If you are below the age limit, please do not use the Talkyplus service and do not submit any personal data to us.
If you are a parent of a child below the age limit and become aware that your child may have provided personal data to Talkyplus, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal data for a child below the applicable age limit, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data. This requires us to delete the relevant Talkyplus account for the child.
When using a subscriber device on the main Talkyplus service, caution should be exercised when playing or recommending content for individuals whose age is under 18 generally.
In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how we process your personal data, contact us immediately at: https://www.Talkyplus.com/privacy. We will endeavor to deal with your request as soon as possible. This is without prejudice to your right to file a claim with the relevant data protection authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy, posting the new Privacy Policy, and providing any other notice required by applicable law. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the date of the Updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Platform.
